Beveling Elevator E-713 for RV-7/8
Anyone have pictures of the beveling of E-713 counterbalance skin? What is the best technique/tool to do this?

I didn't do it.
If I did, I would try a maroon scotchbrite wheel.
Dunno how well it would work, though?
Lemme know. There are places on the project that require beveling.
Maybe Wicked Stick can tell us how he did his fuse skins?

I did mine with good old sandpaper and elbow grease. That was the best way to keep from overdoing it. Once I was done with that I then took an edge roller and just every so lightly turned down the overlapping skin on the rudder. It is not flush obviously but it came out pretty nice.
